Graphite India Updates on FCCB conversion price on sub-division of shares

Graphite India Ltd has announced that, pursuant to the sub-division of equity (ordinary) shares of the Company from Face Value Rs 10 to Face Value Rs 2 Conversion Price of the USD 40 million —1% FCCB has been adjusted at Rs 57 with effect from December 19, 2006.
