Coromandel Fertilisers allots 4776 Equity Shares

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has announced that the Share Transfer & Investors' Grievance Committee on August 05, 2009 allotted 4776 equity shares of Rs 2/- each fully paid to the employee pursuant to ESOP 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands revised to 139944522 equity shares of Rs 2/- each fully paid amounting to Rs 279889044/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.180.10, down by Rs.2.50 or 1.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.184 and low of Rs.180.
