Webel-Sl Energy QIP offer opens

Webel-Sl Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided that the QIP (Qualified Institutional placement) offer will be open from August 04, 2009 to August 06, 2009 for bidding of prices. The Floor Price has been calculated at Rs 226.69 per share.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.225.55, down by Rs.10.05 or 4.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.239.80 and low of Rs.224.65.

The total traded quantity was 16632 compared to 2 week average of 43288.
