Indo Gulf Industries approves transfer of 29.15% stake to Balarampur Chini

Indo Gulf Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2006 has approved the transfer of 29.15% shares of the Company in favour of Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd.

Further the Company has informed that, the following persons have been inducted in the Board as Additional Directors of the Company:

1. Mr. Vimal Kumar Jain
2. Mr. Shiv Bhagwan Khowala
3. Mr. Gauri Shankar Agarwal
4. Mr. Anup Kumar Acharya
