Jain Irrigation allots 430006 shares

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 430,006 Equity Shares of Rs 10 at a premium of Rs 335.59 per Equity Share in conversion of 3,350 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds (ZCCB's) of USD 1,000 each in terms of Notification received from the holder and in terms of Offering Circular dated March 24, 2006.

The Stock was trading at Rs.693.95, up by Rs.6.75 or 0.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.710 and low of Rs.691.

The total traded quantity was 1777 compared to 2 week average of 35968.
