Hindustan Construction allots 4131600 options

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on July 20, 2009, pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on June 12, 2009, has approved the re-pricing of 41,31,600 Options already granted by the Company on April 25, 2008 under HCC Employee Stock Option Scheme at Rs 104.05 per Option, being the closing market price of Company's Equity Shares on National Stock Exchange of India Ltd as on July 17, 2009.
