Khaitan Electricals approves allotment of shares to prospective investors

Khaitan Electricals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 14, 2006, has approved Allotment of 25,00,000 Nos Equity Shares to Prospective Investors and 10,00,000 Nos Equity Share Warrants to Promoters Face Value of Rs 10/- each at a Premium of Rs 121/- each Total Rs 131/- each as per SEBI DIP Guidelines.
