Landmarc Leisure to consider preferential issue on July 24, 2009

Landmarc Leisure Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2009, to consider the unaudited financial result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2009 as well as to consider the issue of raising capital of Company including by the way of preferential allotment and / or rights issue as well as increasing of authorized capital of Company.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.1.12, up by Rs.0.05 or 4.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1.12 and low of Rs.1.03.
