Firstsource Solutions cancels $5 million worth FCCBs

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased and cancelled USD 5.0 million Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 ("Bonds").

The nominal amount of Bonds outstanding after this cancellation is USD 212.4 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.18.50, down by Rs.1.70 or 8.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.90 and low of Rs.18.25.

The total traded quantity was 2915324 compared to 2 week average of 4215236.
