Genus Power to cancel 16 lakh warrants

Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting has decided to cancel the 16,00,000 convertible warrants convertible into equity shares and forfeit the subscription/advance/application amount received towards allotment of the said convertible warrants as the allottee of convertible warrants have not exercised the option of converting the said warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.167.25, down by Rs.4.40 or 2.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.171.95 and low of Rs.165.50.

The total traded quantity was 4062 compared to 2 week average of 12791.
