Moschip Semiconductor to consider issue of warrants

Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has announced that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 21, 2006, inter alia, to transact the business which includes issue of 15,00,000 convertible warrants on preferential basis.
