Khaitan Electricals to consider issue of warrants

Khaitan Electricals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2006 to consider Allotment of 10,00,000 Equity Share Warrants to Promoters and 25,00,000 Equity Shares to Prospective Investors on Preferential Basis Face Value Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 121/— each Total 131/— each which is in accordance with approval of Shareholders at the EGM held on November 29, 2006 as per SEBI DIP Guidelines.
