Sinhal Holdings updates on share allotment

With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 07, 2006 regarding the allotment of 50,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters and other investors, Sinhal Holdings Ltd has announced that due to typographical error the total allotment had been stated as "50,00,000" Lacs instead of "4994935" Lacs.

Hence the it should be read as follows;

"The Board has allotted 4994935 equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters and other investors".
