Ansal Properties Allots equity shares on QIP basis

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that Resource Planning & Review Committee (Issue Committee) of the Board has allotted 67,50,000 Equity Shares on Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) basis, necessary return of allotment has been filed with Registrar of Companies under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
