Freshtrop Fruits to consider preferential issue on July 10, 2009

Freshtrop Fruits Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 10, 2009, to consider the allotment of convertible warrants on preferential basis to the promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.20, down by Rs.0.80 or 2.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.35 and low of Rs.26.

The total traded quantity was 6950 compared to 2 week average of 2480.
