Jindal Hotels to allot 2476540 warrants

Jindal Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 01, 2009, has accorded to issue and allot 24,76,540 Warrants of Rs 20 each convertible into One Equity Share of Rs 10/- each at premium of Rs 10 per warrant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.21.45, down by Rs.0.70 or 3.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22.95 and low of Rs.21.45.

The total traded quantity was 2630 compared to 2 week average of 1253.
