Lyka Labs Allots Equity Share Warrants on Preferential basis

Lyka Labs Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company constituted for allotting Warrants on December 12, 2006, has allotted 13,00,000 Equity Share Warrants to Promoters and 1,50,000 warrants to Business Associates and Domestic Investors, as follows:

1. N I Gandhi - Karta (HUF) - 6,50,000 No of Equity Shares warrants allotted

2. Kunal Gandhi - 6,50,000 No of Equity Shares warrants allotted

3. S S Upadhyaya - Karta (HUF) - 50,000 No of Equity Shares warrants allotted

4. Bhupesh S Shah - Karta (HUF) - 50,000 No of Equity Shares warrants allotted

5. Vinay B Shah - 50,000 No of Equity Shares warrants allotted
