Jaihind Projects allots 148843 shares

Jaihind Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have pursuant to the option exercised by M/s. Dcom Systems Ltd have allotted 148843 Equity Shares of 10 each at a premium of Rs 150 per share in the meeting held on June 30, 2009.

The aforesaid shares will be lock in for period of 3 years from date of allotted.

The stock was trading at Rs.98.75, down by Rs.5.15 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.103.70 and low of Rs.98.75.

The total traded quantity was 7260 compared to 2 week average of 11546.
