Suzlon Energy ESOP Committee Meeting allots 16000 shares

Suzlon Energy Ltd has announced that the ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 04, 2009 has allotted 16,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to the option grantees, pursuant to exercise of the options granted to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies under the Employee Stock Options Plan-2005.
