Rishabhdev Technocable Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 10, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal of raising funds from India / abroad for the further expansion of the Company.BR>The Board will consider the resignation letter dated July 01, 2009 received from Mr. Sunil V Adiyeri, Independent Director of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.20.80, down by Rs.1.60 or 7.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22.85 and low of Rs.20.50.
