Pioneer Investcorp allots 107600 Equity Shares

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2009, has allotted 1,07,600 Equity Shares (on Exercise of Employee Stock Options from "Pioneer Investcorp Ltd. ESOP Scheme 2006") to the Non-Executive Director and the Employees of the Company as well as to the Employees of its Subsidiary Companies at an exercise price of Rs 22.05/- per Equity Share.

The stock was trading at Rs.62, down by Rs.1.30 or 2.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.70 and low of Rs.61.

The total traded quantity was 1036 compared to 2 week average of 16666.
