SAAG RR Infra to consider fund raising proposal on Jul 05, 2009

SAAG RR Infra Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 05, 2009, to consider various funding proposals and options including amongst others Rights issue of shares or issue of convertible instruments.
