Mercator Lines redeems 8th installment of NCDs

Mercator Lines Ltd has announced that the Company have redeemed 8th installment of 900 11.25% Secured Redeemable NCDs of 5,62,500/- each aggregating to Rs 50.62 crores Series VII-A due on July 30, 2009 out of privately placed debentures.

Accordingly, the outstanding NCDs is now 900 - 11.25% Secured Redeemable NCDs of Rs 5,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs 45,00,00,000/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.59.30, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.60.40 and low of Rs.58.65.

The total traded quantity was 192946 compared to 2 week average of 691743.
