Pitti Laminations forfeits 8300 shares

Pitti Laminations Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2009, has forfeited 8300 shares of Rs 10/- each in respect of which the call money was not forthcoming after giving due notice to the shareholders who have not paid the call money.

The stock closed the day at Rs.34.90, up by Rs.0.55 or 1.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.90 and low of Rs.34.15.

The total traded quantity was 4344 compared to 2 week average of 6190.
