Rana Sugars to consider allotment of 22,00,000 shares at Rs.31

Rana Sugars Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2006, to consider the allotment of 22,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 21/- per share aggregating to Rs 6,82,00,000/- to the Directors / Promoters of the Company on preferential basis.
