Prakash Industries to consider raising long term funds on Jul 04, 2009

Prakash Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 04, 2009, inter alia, to consider raising of long term funds to finance future expansion plans of the Company. The funds are to be raised through various options by way of issuance of FCCBs / ADRs / GDRs / Equity Shares or any other securities convertible into Equity Shares in accordance with the Guidelines prescribed by various statutory authorities.
