Hiran Orgochem to consider issue of securities

Hiran Orgochem Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Modification in the earlier decision taken by the Board at its Meeting held on November 28, 2006 in relation to the issue of further equity share capital not exceeding 30,00,000 equity shares on preferential allotment basis.

2. Issue of Convertible Warrants.
