Superhouse Leathers to issue 903417 warrants

Superhouse Leathers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2006 has decided to issue 903417 Warrants at a price of Rs 45/- per warrant, carrying a right to subscribe to equal number of equity shares in the Company within 18 months at the option of allottees, to the promoters/promoters group on preferential basis.
