Kew Industries Allots 70,00,000 Warrants on preferential basis

Kew Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 11, 2006 has allotted 70,00,000 convertible warrants of Rs 30/- each aggregating to Rs 2100.00 lacs as per the resolution resolved by members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 09, 2006.
