Unichem Laboratories allots 4500 equity shares

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2009, has allotted and issued 4,500 equity shares of Rs 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2004 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.203.25, up by Rs.0.65 or 0.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.206.35 and low of Rs.201.30.

The total traded quantity was 2983 compared to 2 week average of 11831.
