Firstsource Solutions cancels FCCBs worth US$ 7.9 million

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased and cancelled USD 7.9 million Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 ("Bonds").

The nominal amount of Bonds outstanding after this cancellation is USD 217.4 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.25.50, up by Rs.1.30 or 5.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25.95 and low of Rs.24.50.

The total traded quantity was 7690828 compared to 2 week average of 5961520.
