Parekh Aluminex allots 16 lac shares at Rs.115

Parekh Aluminex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 09, 2006 has allotted 16 lac equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 115/- (inclusive of share premium amount of Rs 105/- per share) to the warrant holders who have exercised the option to convert their warrant into equity shares.

The company’s paid up capital has increased from Rs 540 lacs to Rs 700 lacs consequent to allotment of above 16 lac shares.
