Amtek India Allots 91,405 Equity Shares on conversion of FCCBs

Amtek India Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on December 08, 2006 has allotted 91,405 equity shares at Rs 120.12/- per share upon the conversion of FCCBs of US$ 0.25 million.
