Gujarat Apollo Industries to issue shares

Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2009, inter alia, has passed the resolutions to issue 5,50,000 Equity Shares on conversion of warrants and issue of 2,25,000 Equity Shares as Bonus shares to those allottees, who have opted to convert their warrants into Equity.
