Mid-day Multimedia Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2006, to consider the following:

1. Preferential issue of Equity shares to Promoters and an Indian Investor.

2. Issue of Share Warrants to Promoters.

3. Issue of Convertible Preference Shares to an Indian Investor.
