Shreyas Intermediates to consider allotment of 30 lakh CRPS on Jun 29, 2009

Shreyas Intermediates Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, to consider and allot the 30,00,000 10% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each, for cash, at a premium of Rs 10/- per Share to the Promoter Group.
