Vybra Automet to consider conversion of warrants

Vybra Automet Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 16, 2006, inter alia, to consider Issue of Equity Shares against conversion of warrants issued on a preferential basis along with other items of business.
