Punj Lloyd to consider raising funds on Jun 24, 2009

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2009, inter alia, to consider raising of funds through issue of appropriate securities.

The stock closed the day at Rs.194.80, up by Rs.11.05 or 6.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.198 and low of Rs.179.

The total traded quantity was 1723358 compared to 2 week average of 1683685.
