Akanksha Finvest allots 18320050 warrants

Akanksha Finvest Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2009, has allotted 1,83,20,050 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares on Preferential basis to the persons belonging to Non-Promoter Category.

The stock closed the day at Rs.3.30, up by Rs.0.15 or 4.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.30 and low of Rs.3.30.
