AXIS Bank allots 322126 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on June 19, 2009 has made the allotment of 3,22,126 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,97,63,733 equity shares from 35,94,41,607 equity shares.
