HDFC Bank allots 413577 Equity Shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Investor Grievance (Share) Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on June 19, 2009 have approved allotment of 4,13,577 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).
