Redington India allots 60675 Equity Shares

Redington India Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved on June 18, 2009, the allotment of 60,675 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 120/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Ltd - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.

The stock was trading at Rs.231.85, up by Rs.4.75 or 2.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.237 and low of Rs.228.50.
