Coromandel Fertilisers allots 42798 equity shares

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors on June 17, 2009 allotted 42798 equity shares of Rs 2/- each fully paid to the employees pursuant to ESOP 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands revised to 139939746 equity shares of Rs 2/- each fully paid amounting to Rs 279879492/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.194.90, down by Rs.3.60 or 1.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.206 and low of Rs.180.10.
