Texmaco Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 22, 2009, to consider and approve raising of funds by issuance of Equity Shares or any other kind of Securities or Instruments or any other means as deemed fit by the Board and subject to final approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
