Liberty Phosphate to consider allotment of 50 lakh shares on Jun 23, 2009

Liberty Phosphate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 3/- per share on preferential basis.
