Amtek India allots 2,69,17,810 shares to FII, promoters, Foreign corporate bodies

Amtek India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2006 has allotted 2,69,17,810 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 145/- per share to promoters of the Company, FIIs and Foreign Corporate Bodies on preferential basis.
