Turbotech Engineering to allot 40 lakh warrants

Turbotech Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 17, 2009, and subject to the approval of the shareholders at their Meeting held on June 06, 2009, it has been decided to allot 40,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential basis to the allottes.
