Educomp Solutions allots 3580 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that Remuneration Committee of the Company on June 16, 2009 has allotted 3,580 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their conversion option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.

Post allotment Paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs 17,30,95,770 consisting of 1,73,09,577 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to Rs 17,31,31,570 consisting of 1,73,13,157 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2965, down by Rs.152.85 or 4.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3130.15 and low of Rs.2950.

The total traded quantity was 129109 compared to 2 week average of 171013.
