Godawari Power warrants issued to Hira Industries lapse

Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd has announced that the 10,00,000 equity share warrants issued to M/s. Hira Industries Ltd, a promoter group Company on preferential basis on December 17, 2007, pursuant to the approval accorded by the shareholders of the Company in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 15, 2007 have expired and M/s. Hira Industries Ltd have not exercised its option to convert the warrant into equity share by payment of remaining amount. The upfront amount paid by M/s. Hira Industries Ltd to the extent of 10% of the issue price stand forfeited and the option attached to the aforesaid warrants stands lapsed.

There are no other equity warrants are outstanding as on the date.

The stock was trading at Rs.114, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.116.50 and low of Rs.113.

The total traded quantity was 18601 compared to 2 week average of 83611.
