Era Infra allots 140069 shares

Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2009, has allotted 1,40,069 Equity Shares to KBC Financial Products UK Ltd., the holder of FCCB's worth US $ 5,00,000 upon the exercise of the conversion option.
